2023 - May - Motorsport Results

Hi all,

I am now back on the Committee looking after Motorsport Results, thanks to Dave Egan who previously put his hand up and held this role.

We are 2 rounds into the Club Championship with some of the usual suspects starting to tally the points up.

Chad has taken up the challenge of trying to wrestle the “Big Cohuna” trophy from the grasps of Aaron Stevenson, with some extra HP under the bonnet to try and bring down his lap times. It has worked so far with Chad leading the Full Members Group 1 division, with a little help from a few gremlins in the Stevenson ute!

Mike Clynk and Adrian Alphabet are neck and neck in the Associates Group 1 battle, with only a few points between them after the first 2 rounds.

Full results from the first 2 rounds and the current Championship Points standings for all groups are included in this edition of the Club Magazine.

Our next round at Wanneroo will have been completed by the time this edition of the magazine goes to print, results and points will be included in the next Mag.

I may be a little rusty after some time away from doing the results, so if you think you are in the wrong group or need some help to understand how the groups and points work, please get in touch or have a chat to me at the monthly meeting!
